Samuel Chan is the founder of British school placement company, Britannia StudyLink. As a former British boarding school pupil and the holder of a master’s degree from The University of Warwick, Samuel has drawn on a wealth of knowledge and experience to write for several Hong Kong journals about current issues in overseas education.
