The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) Programs aim to admit students who have attained outstanding achievement as undergraduates and who wish to pursue advanced studies in preparation for doctoral level or for employment in specialist positions in the private and public sectors that require strong research foundation and analytical skills.

1. Applicants should have graduated from a recognized university and obtained a Bachelor’s degree, normally with honors not lower than Second Class or an average grade of not lower than 'B' in undergraduate courses; or have completed a course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained a professional or similar qualifications equivalent to an honors degree.
2. Applicants are requested to submit GMAT or GRE scores with their application forms. Only GMAT and GRE scores taken in or after January 2011 is accepted. The GMAT institution code for the MPhil-PhD Programs is R9H-0W-04 and the GRE institution code is 7488, and the TOEFL institution code is B022.
