Upon completion of an RPg programme, students are expected to have made substantial original contribution to knowledge; and have demonstrated
the ability to critically appraise the literature;
a comprehensive understanding of the theories and/or policies as applied to a specialty practice area;
advanced skill in research design as well as methods for data collection and analysis appropriate for the area of study;
competency in understanding and commitment to the underlying values and ethics in the scientific inquiry in the chosen area; and
effective presentation skills for dissemination of research results and outcomes.
A Master's degree (or equivalent qualification) from a recognized university; or
A Bachelor's degree with first class honours (or equivalent qualification) from a recognized university
