The IMI Luzern MBA is an intensive, two-three semester, hospitality-focused MBA programme. For those that lack practical experience, there is a six-month paid internship arranged either in Switzerland or internationally. There are four specialist pathways available, each of which will prepare you to excel in your chosen career.
The first semester is a 22 week intensive residential programme taught on campus in Kastanienbaum, Luzern worth 140 credits. The second semester is a 22 week professional practice where you may opt to work in a hospitality business either in Switzerland or abroad allowing you to develop your professional skills. If you have considerable work experience already you may be entitled to move directly to semester 3. The final semester, also 22 weeks, is for your Dissertation or Field Consulting Project.
There are three levels of award available dependent on credit points attained. Your award will be in the name of the specialist pathway you have chosen.
